We’re looking for a Forecast Analyst BE & NL to be part of our Demand Planning team BNL, which includes Supply Chain Planners, Copack Planner and IBP Leads. You're be based in Brussels or Utrecht, with occasionally traveling to Utrecht, Netherlands and will report directly to the Demand Planning Manager.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Create weekly forecasts for BE & NL cross-sell, wholesale, and Direct-to-Consumer (DtC) channels, aiming for highly accurate sales projections per week/month/customer. 
  • Ensure optimal stock positions and service levels through precise forecasting. 
  • Analyse internal and external data to generate accurate sales and marketing projections. 
  • Anticipate external factors in a dynamic market environment. 
  • Actively participate in project teams for successful new product launches. 
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders like Supply Chain, Sales, Shopper Marketing, Marketing, and Procurement. 
  • Support the development and implementation of standardized ways of working and drive continuous improvement initiatives 

Your Focus as Forecast Analyst 

  • Maintain a helicopter view of the business while updating forecasts and closely tracking market changes. 
  • Evaluate sales data and external sources at customer/segment level. 
  • Lead the sales prep meetings and category activation discussions. 
  • Take part in (international) forecasting-related projects, working on SKU optimization and complexity reduction.

For this role we are looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

  • 2–5 years of experience in Supply Chain or Sales (e.g., Demand, Inventory, or Supply Planning) 
  • A strong personality with drive, leadership qualities, and initiative 
  • Proactive approach in suggesting improvements and process optimizations 
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to identify data trends 
  • Project management experience and ability to lead projects independently 
  • You are fluent in English. Dutch and French are a plus
  • This role is open to candidates based in Belgium (office in Brussels) or Netherlands (office in Utrecht)
