Focus: Manufacturing, Pilot Plant & Pack Lab
📍 Netherlands | 🌍 Global R&D Team
We're looking for a tech-savvy, hands-on packaging pro to lead the way in our pilot plant and lab setup — someone who can keep the wheels turning while pushing packaging innovation forward.
This role lives in the heart of our Global R&D Packaging team, where ideas go from sketch to shelf.
🎯 What you'll be doing
- 🧪 Run the show at our pilot plant + pack lab — from calibration to new equipment
- 💻 Train users, maintain tools, and manage budgets for new tech & testing setups
- ✅ Lead the CQV (Commissioning, Qualification, Verification) process — and set the gold standard
- 🤝 Partner with engineering to assess capabilities and onboard new tech
- 🔍 Support global launches with fast, reliable testing + clear technical guidance
- 📊 Own the process: you’ll be our go-to for manufacturing readiness
Qualifications
🧠 What you bring
- 🎓 Degree in science, engineering or packaging tech
- 📦 5+ years in FMCG packaging development
- 🌍 Fluent in English (another EU language is a plus!)
- 🔍 Problem-solving brain + laser focus on detail
- 💬 Confident communicator who can influence and inspire
- ⚡ Fast thinker, comfortable with ambiguity and pace

- 📈 DOE (Design of Experiments)
- 🧩 Root cause analysis & troubleshooting
- 🔬 Testing equipment and lab methodologies
- 📣 Presenting insights with clarity and impact
