This is your chance to blend creativity + precision and help bring new coffee products to life — through smart, efficient packaging.
You’ll be part of our Global R&D Packaging Team, working with designers, engineers, suppliers, and developers to make sure every packaging spec and technical drawing is spot-on, standardized, and ready for global scale.
🛠️ What You’ll Do
- ✏️ Create and manage technical drawings for new and existing packaging
- 🔍 Keep everything up to date, accurate, and audit-ready
- 🤝 Collaborate with packaging specialists and suppliers to align on designs
- 📦 Build and maintain specifications that match our manufacturing needs
- 🔁 Help harmonize specs across regions so we can flex and scale faster
- ⚙️ Support innovation by helping the team move quickly (and correctly!)
- 🧠 Stay curious — bring new ideas, tools, or improvements to the table
Qualifications
💡 What You Bring
- A degree in science, engineering, or packaging tech
- 3–5 years of packaging development experience (FMCG preferred)
- You speak fluent English (bonus points for other EU languages)
- Solid experience with CAD tools and tech drawing software
- Eye for detail + a problem-solving mindset
- You love working in cross-functional teams and collaborating globally
- You get excited about materials, design, and improving how things work
- Comfortable juggling multiple projects and keeping your cool under pressure
- Familiarity with ISO/EN packaging standards = great to have
