🚀 What You’ll Do:
- Lead our knowledge management & competitive insights strategy
- Translate complex patent info into clear, strategic insights
- Help teams across JDE make smarter decisions
- Spot trends, scout innovations, and protect what makes us unique
- Bridge R&D, Legal, and Marketing so we’re all speaking the same language
💡 Key Areas You’ll Own:
- IP & Patent Strategy: Lead patent oppositions, manage FTOs, and support innovation legally and strategically
- Knowledge Management: Build smart systems for capturing and sharing R&D knowledge
- Competitive Intelligence: Deliver market and tech insights that drive product development
- Innovation Scouting: Keep us ahead by identifying trends before they hit the mainstream
Qualifications
- 7+ years’ experience in R&D, IP, or competitive intelligence
- Academic background in science or technology (bonus if Master’s/PhD)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- A love for process + a passion for progress
- Curious mindset, collaborative spirit, and a knack for turning info into action
