Job Description

To start with, the position of Financial Controller Supply Chain sits in the Supply Finance team. An incredible diverse team that helps each other learn, grow and develop. Just how we like it! And as a Financial Controller Supply Chain you will be asked to report financial results, interpret and analyze them and business partnering with stake holders. For this, we don’t just need you to be a knowledgeable professional but also strongly rely on your interpersonal skills as well as your drive for success. Know that you’ll have a crucial role in creating and protecting the impact we look for in our value chain. With this said we like you to take responsibility over the following tasks:

· Performing Period-End-Closing for Central Supply Chain Accounts in the Principal Company

· Preparing monthly management reviews (MMR) on Supply Chain’s performance and attending reviews with Market Clusters and Central Stake holders

· Ensuring quality of reporting in terms of data accuracy and timing via BPC, SAP and Excel

· Preparing, guiding and consolidating the Annual Budgeting Process (“AOP”) for the Supply Chain Finance Accounts

· Preparing Ad hoc requests from Finance Manager and Supply Chain team

· Actively promoting improvements on reporting in coordination with Supply Chain, Corporate Finance and Working Capital team

· Participating in supply chain projects on costs and working capital and process improvement projects

· Co-ordinating and analysing all International financial plans including Annual Operating Plan (Budget), Value Creation Plan (VCP) and ad-hoc O&R.

Qualifications

We are looking for an analytical, yet communicative person

We can give you a list of “must haves”, however that’s not how we view your candidacy. We do, of course, take into consideration how much experience you have with Finance, Accounting or Controlling (Master Degree) and being a Team player, hands-on, proactive, excellent communication skills, independent/self-starter, eager to learn and further develop, act with a sense of urgency, but ultimately we look at the bigger picture. But to give you a bit of guidance as to what we feel is needed in this role, we’ll share our “nice to have” list with you:

· FP&A Business Proficiency in English

· 3 - 5 years of experience in Finance, preferably in an FMCG, Trading and/or Supply Chain/Operations environment

· Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with SAP

· Accurate, flexible thinking, time management skills, high analytical skills, fluent English in word and writing

· Up to date and in depth knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP is desirable.
