Job Role

We are currently recruiting for a new Head of Revenue Growth Management, a vital role for JDEP in the UK&I and accountable for identifying, developing and executing key profit driving initiatives in collaboration with the demand functions. This role is an important leadership position within the sales organisation, working as part of the Sales Leadership team, and reporting into the Sales Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for  coaching, engaging and leading a team of 5 associates and supporting the development of RGM awareness and capability across the organisation.

 

Job Description

  1. Lead RGM Strategy & Transformation

Continue to execute the Revenue Growth Management (RGM) strategy and roadmap for the UK&I region, driving long-term sustainable growth and embedding a strong RGM culture across the commercial organisation.

  1. Drive Pricing & Promotional Excellence

Develop and implement value-maximising pricing and promotional strategies that balance category growth with profitability, ensuring consistent alignment with brand and customer strategies.

  1. Optimise Pack & Portfolio Architecture

Design and refine pack and portfolio architectures that meet evolving consumer needs while maximising value creation across price tiers, channels, and customers.

  1. Build RGM Capability and Leadership

Lead, develop, and inspire the RGM team to deliver best-in-class analytics, toolkits, and routines. Foster collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to strengthen RGM decision-making across the business.

 

  1. Establish Governance and Performance

 

Implement structured RGM routines — including in-year performance tracking, course corrections, and pricing guardrails — to ensure disciplined delivery against growth and profitability objectives.

    • Uses business / financial acumen and strong analytical skills developed through strong experience to bring strategic clarity, even in the most complex environments
