Job Description

To start with, the position of CRO Specialist sits comfortably in the e-Commerce Consumer Experience Team within the Global Sales department. As a CRO Specialist you will be asked to design and execute data-driven experiments that improve conversion rates, and to analyze user behavior and funnel performance to uncover actionable insights. For this, we don’t just need you to be a knowledgeable professional but also strongly rely on your interpersonal skills as well as your drive for success. Know that you’ll have a crucial role in creating and protecting the impact we look for in our value chain. With this said, we like you to take responsibility over the following tasks:

  • Run A/B tests and multivariate tests, experiments – scheduling and operations.
  • Interpret test results into actionable insights and share recommendations with stakeholders.
  • Analyze user behavior and funnel performance using tools like FullStory, GA4, and Airtable dashboards.
  • Identify optimization opportunities based on quantitative and qualitative insights.
  • Formulate clear hypotheses and define success metrics for each experiment.
  • Partner with the designer and the developer to ensure A/B tests are executed accurately in SiteSpect.
  • Monitor experiment data and performance impact of experiments and report findings.
  • Maintain A/B test backlog and prioritization using scoring frameworks.
  • Maintain structured documentation of tests, outcomes, and learnings.
  • Act as an owner for the tools related to CRO field.

 

Additional responsibilities:

  • Own the analytical CRO program.
  • Guide the selection and refinement of KPIs and experiment metrics.
  • Maintain partnerships with other departments to ensure scalable setups.
  • Present findings to leadership and drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.
  • Evolve the experimentation strategy with advanced techniques.

 

Qualifications

We are looking for a strong analytical profile with curiosity for user behaviour and data patterns with a drive for excellence. Someone that holds themselves accountable and doesn’t shy away from responsibility. Given the nature of the role we feel it's important for you to have a certain level of experience with analytics or digital optimization (preferably in CRO) as well as a solid understanding of your own added value. We thrive in diverse teams and look for people that appreciate that as much as we do. We can give you a list of “must haves,” however that’s not how we view your candidacy. We do, of course, take into consideration how much experience you have with experimentation, optimization and analytics but ultimately, we look at the bigger picture. But to give you a bit of guidance as to what we feel is needed in this role, we’ll share our “nice to have” list with you:

  • Familiarity with A/B testing and analytics methods tools and tools.
  • Comfortable working with multiple data sets and drawing actionable conclusions.
  • Proactive mindset and desire to learn experimentation best practices.
  • Skilled communicator who can influence and align cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to translate data into insights and clear business recommendations.
  • Experience running data-driven optimization programs in a DTC or e-commerce environment.
  • Deep expertise in digital analytics, hypothesis testing, (and experiment design).
  • Understanding of testing statistics.
