Global Quality Expert (Band E)

As part of the Quality & Food Compliance team, the Expert Role leads the process evolution of these critical function. This role brings together scientific expertise, regulatory excellence, business processes, and quality standards to design and implement digital solutions that proactively protect our consumers and elevate their experience — at every moment and in every market. By driving innovation and integration, he/she ensures our systems are not only compliant and efficient, but also future-ready and consumer-centric.

• Drive cross-functional collaboration between R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to embed quality at every stage.
• Lead systems continuous improvement programs, ensuring operational excellence and consumer trust.
