Job Description
As part of the E2E European Quality Assurance team, you’ll act as the quality lead for one or more product categories, owning quality performance from concept to consumer. You’ll be a key player in ensuring that every product and process meets the highest standards — balancing innovation, compliance, and operational excellence.
☕ Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the quality representative across the full product lifecycle — from development to market launch.
- Drive and implement design quality programs and NPD initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory standards.
- Monitor and analyse quality performance, turning insights into improvement actions.
- Lead root-cause analysis and resolution for deviations in materials, processes, or products.
- Partner closely with R&D, Manufacturing, and Supply teams to embed a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
- Strong background in quality assurance or food technology, ideally within an R&D or manufacturing environment.
- Solid understanding of quality systems, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
- Skilled at cross-functional collaboration with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Analytical, structured, and confident in turning complex data into clear actions.
- Passion for coffee, tea, and driving quality excellence in every cup.
