Job Description

To start with, the position of Project Lead HR IT sits comfortably in the Global Information Systems (GIS) organisation. An incredibly diverse team that helps each other learn, grow and develop – just how we like it!

As a Project Lead HR IT, you will be asked to co-lead HR IT projects and ensure their alignment with JDE Peet’s strategic cost ambitions and transformation objectives. For this, we don’t just need you to be a knowledgeable professional but also strongly rely on your interpersonal skills as well as your drive for success. You’ll have a crucial role in enabling efficiency, transformation and cross-functional collaboration within our HR IT project landscape.

With this said, we’d like you to take responsibility over the following tasks:

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines and budgets, tracking progress and proactively mitigating risks.

  • Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates and aligning expectations.

  • Identify and resolve issues and dependencies impacting project delivery, escalating when necessary.

  • Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and integrating best practices into future activities and project phases.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant internal regulations.

  • Monitor and report on project performance using appropriate metrics and KPIs.

  • Contribute to the organisation of SteerCo meetings, facilitating coordination and integration of stakeholder input into effective decision-making.

Qualifications

We are looking for a strategic and agile project leader with a drive for excellence. Someone who holds themselves accountable and doesn’t shy away from responsibility. Given the nature of the role, we feel it's important for you to have solid experience in leading complex HR IT programmes in global environments, as well as a strong understanding of how to drive cost efficiency and transformation.
