Technical Product Owner - eCommerce Supplychain

Job Description

We are a dynamic digital team managing JDE’s global e-commerce and online experience, closely collaborating with local markets and global departments. This role centres on technology for coffee order fulfilment and supporting consumer care systems. We work in a full agile setup, celebrating success and supporting one another.

The Technology Team collaborates with Shop Owners for L’Or and Tassimo to set and implement the Webshops development roadmap, including features like subscriptions, enhanced shopping experiences, and self-service solutions. The team works with Architects and Development partners and oversees the entire Ecommerce Digital landscape, covering Magento Ecommerce, Salesforce OMS, Consumer Care, and partners.

As Technical Product Owner in this space you will report to Global Tech & Product Manger e-Com & Digital and your core responsibilities will be:

  • Link between Business, Development and IT
  • Maintain and prioritize product backlog with your stakeholders, and together with Architect and Development Team deliver new functionality
  • Identify business requests and translate the business requirements into epics and user stories
  • Initiate based on consumer journey analytics,  pro-active improvements and innovations in our shops
  • Understanding of the Digital/IT landscape, think like a developer and know how to translate in IT Solution
  • Refine user stories with Architects and Dev Teams (they focus on Technical Solution Design, you safeguard the Business Objective)
  • Set Acceptance Criteria and Review Test Plan of Development Partner
  • Create test scripts and coordinate User Acceptance Testing
  • Initiate, Document, and Maintain the Development Processes
  • Secure stability of landscape and quality of data

For this role we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

  • Bachelor degree
  • Certified Product Owner with 2+ years’ experience with Agile Way of Working,
  • A strong product instinct and a proven track record of continuous optimization
  • 3+ years of experience in eCommerce platform focussed on Supply Chain operations or Consumer Care processes. Also a pre for Salesforce OMS and Consumer Care experience.
  • 5+ years of relevant eCommerce and/or online Service experience, both strategic and hands-on
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work in multiple cross-functional teams, providing leadership or support when needed
  • Comfortable working in an agile working environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Should have a data driven decision making mindset
