Job Description

As a Commercial Support Specialist, you'll be part of our dynamic team, focused on delivering the best customer experience for our clients within JDE Peet's Out Of Home market segment (B2B). You’ll support the sales department and collaborate closely with Sales, Operations and Marketing teams. You'll be part of our Customer Care team based in Brussels and will report to the Customer Care Manager.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the sales team with follow-up of opportunities and complaints by phone or email
  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone or email and maintaining accurate customer data
  • Supporting our customer care specialists with proposals for prospects and customers
  • Create and maintain clear, accurate technical data sheets
  • Keep sales tools (brochures, price lists, data sheets, etc.) up to date and easily accessible
  • Serve as back-up for the Tender Specialist when needed

For this role as a Commercial Support Specialist, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

  • A bachelor’s degree in an administrative or commercial field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in inside sales or customer service, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Detail-oriented, service-minded, and a real team player.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint; knowledge of Salesforce and/or SAP is a plus.
  • Fluent in Dutch, with a good understanding and writing of French and English.
