Job Description
As a Business Controller C&TS, you will be part of the C&TS Finance Team, a diverse and collaborative team focused on continuous learning and development. In this role, you will act as a finance business partner to the Supply Chain teams, with a strong focus on managing logistics costs, stock, and cash across the green coffee and tea supply chain.
You will play a key role in delivering financial insights, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting decision-making through analysis and forecasting. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help drive operational efficiency and contribute to improving financial processes and automation within the function.
Key responsibilities:
Prepare management reporting, financial analysis, and presentations to support business decision-making
Own and execute the month-end closing activities related to logistics costs and stock
Ensure compliance with internal controls, including quarterly stock controls and supporting audits
Prepare logistics cost forecasts, cash forecasts, and annual budgets
Support supply chain projects through financial analyses and business case development
Drive improvements and automation initiatives within finance processes and tools

For this role as a Business Controller C&TS, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:
5–7 years of experience in finance, preferably in business controlling or supply chain finance
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Experience working with SAP; knowledge of Power BI is a plus
Ability to manage priorities, work under pressure, and adapt to change
Strong communication skills in English and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Team player who can also work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
