Job Description
As Global Procurement Digitalization Manager, you'll own the end-to-end procurement technology roadmap from source-to-pay platforms and automation to AI-enabled solutions, driving efficiency, compliance, and a better user experience across a complex global organisation. You'll sit within Global Procurement Excellence, leading a small team of analysts and automation experts, and working closely with IT, Finance, and regional procurement teams to turn strategy into scalable delivery. This is a role for someone who combines deep digital and procurement expertise with strong change leadership, equally comfortable building business cases and driving adoption on the ground.
What you'll be doing:
- Own and evolve the multi-year global procurement technology roadmap, including AI use cases, automation, and source-to-pay platforms
- Lead end-to-end technology selection and implementation - from RFI/RFP through to go-live, hypercare, and continuous improvement
- Drive user adoption and change, designing role-based experiences for buyers, requisitioners, and suppliers to improve compliance and usability
- Ensure digital solutions embed global procurement policies, controls, and audit requirements by design
- Partner with Procurement Data & Insights to define data standards, enable process automation, and deliver performance dashboards
- Set governance for procurement technology, and leverage digitalization to strengthen supplier relationships while proactively managing and enabling supplier risk requirements

For this role as Global Procurement Digitalization Manager, we're looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:
- 8+ years in procurement, procurement transformation, or procurement technology in a global, matrixed environment
- Proven experience owning a digital roadmap and leading cross-functional implementation (Procurement, IT, Finance)
- Strong knowledge of S2C/P2P platforms, process automation (RPA), and AI-enabled procurement solutions
- Ability to translate complex technical requirements into business outcomes and drive adoption at scale
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
