Job Description
As an R&D Development Specialist (Technology Solutions), you will independently manage your own activities and coordinate sub-projects that extend beyond the R&D function. Leveraging your foundational understanding of process technology and/or dairy/powder/ingredient science, you will:
- Structure and provide feedback on technical solutions.
- Participate in plant trials to validate new concepts.
- Prepare technical documentation and specifications.
- Analyse results with appropriate guidance
- In this role, you may also be responsible for advancing and utilizing JDE’s proprietary knowledge, as well as expanding our network of external experts and suppliers.

For this role as a R&D Development Specialist (Technology Solutions) we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:
- Experience in executing laboratory, Pilot Plant or Industrial scale trials with a high level of autonomy.
- Working with design of experiences (DoE) and/or statistical tools.
- Experienced use of MS Tools.
- Ability to travel internationally as required by project needs.
- Academic level of degree (Chemical Engineering/Process Engineering/Food Science or similar).
- 1-3 years relevant work experience.
