Job Description
As Global Director Digital & Technology for Corporate, you'll own the full digital product portfolio spanning Finance, HR & People Tech, Shared Functions, and Innovation & R&D — driving measurable business outcomes through technology at a global scale. Sitting on the extended leadership teams of the CHRO, CFO, and CRDO, you'll operate as a true business partner to Finance, HR, Legal, and R&D leadership, accountable for adoption, value realisation, and measurable impact through the corporate digital product portfolio — not just delivery. Reporting to the Global IT Director, this role requires deep proximity to corporate functions combined with the digital product expertise to translate complex business needs into scalable solutions — and peer-level influence across the enterprise to make them stick.
What you'll be doing:
- Own and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for the Corporate portfolio, aligned with company objectives and emerging market trends across Finance, HR, Legal, and R&D
- Drive the integration of data, AI, and automation into corporate processes and decision-making — spanning financial analytics, workforce intelligence, HR automation, and R&D capability platforms
- Operate as a full member of the Finance and HR leadership teams, contributing to CHRO, CFO, and CRDO forums and holding yourself accountable for measurable business outcomes
- Lead product prioritisation and a capacity-based funding model, ensuring resources are allocated to maximise business impact across corporate functions
- Influence enterprise-wide digital strategy and standards as the senior domain authority for Corporate technology, with peer-level credibility across Finance, HR, Legal, R&D, and Technology leadership
- Build and inspire a high-performing team, foster a culture of customer-centricity and continuous improvement.

For this role as Global Director Digital & Technology - Corporate, we're looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:
- 10+ years in digital product leadership, with direct ownership of corporate function technology products in complex, international organisations
- Deep understanding of Finance, HR, and/or R&D processes and the platforms that underpin them, including ERP, HCM, and scientific or innovation systems
- Proven track record integrating data, AI, and automation into corporate processes — with practical exposure to financial analytics, workforce intelligence, or R&D digital capability
- Strong enterprise influence and business partnership mindset, comfortable operating as a peer to CHRO, CFO, and CRDO and being held accountable for business outcomes
- Proven people and matrix leadership experience, including agile/DevOps environments and capacity-based funding models
- Fluency in product operating model practices, strong change management skills, and experience leading Finance and/or HR and/or R&D technology domains
