Job Description
As Product Owner - CMS & Content, you own the vision, roadmap and performance of our Global OOH websites as a key brand, acquisition and lead generation channel. You translate business strategy into digital experiences that strengthen the brand, generate leads and drive measurable growth. Working closely with Global Marketing, Content, UX, Development, Data and local markets, you ensure the right platform, content and capabilities are in place to support campaigns, product launches and strategic initiatives. You are responsible for optimizing the end-to-end lead generation and nurturing experience through data-driven prioritization and continuous improvement.
Own the product vision, roadmap and backlog for the global OOH website and lead generation ecosystem, translating business, brand and marketing priorities into clear initiatives and development priorities.
Drive website and CMS performance as a key acquisition channel, continuously improving lead generation, nurturing, conversion journeys, forms, tracking and other growth capabilities.
Own SEO & GEO performance, increasing organic visibility, qualified traffic and AI discoverability through technical optimisation, content strategy and continuous performance improvements.
Drive CX, CRO and funnel optimisation, using customer insights, analytics, KPIs, testing and experimentation to improve digital journeys, engagement and conversion across the acquisition funnel.
Ensure compliant and effective data collection and usage across the website and lead generation ecosystem, partnering with Data, Legal and relevant stakeholders on data quality, privacy, compliance and audits.
Ensure content, assets and website capabilities support global priorities, including product launches and campaigns, while working with Global Marketing and Content to deliver consistent experiences across markets and channels.
Lead the Global Content Support Team and market onboarding, prioritising requests, allocating resources and ensuring efficient website content delivery, while enabling new markets to adopt global standards, capabilities and ways of working.

For this role as a Product Owner – CMS & Content, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:
5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, preferably in a scaled Agile environment, with good understanding of product development methodologies and tools.
Proven experience with digital products and platforms, ideally websites, CMS, lead generation and digital customer journeys.
Experience with digital content and content management, preferably in a global or multi-market environment.
Experience working with cross-functional teams across Technology, Development, UX/Design, Marketing, Content and Data.
Strong business acumen and (English) communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to operate independently in a complex and ambiguous environment, balancing multiple priorities and stakeholder needs.
